Ross Espeseth

Ross is a partner of the law firm. His practice emphasizes commercial law, bankruptcy, and general civil litigation.

 

Ross is licensed to practice in North Dakota state courts, the federal court of North Dakota and the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals. Ross is a member of the State Bar Association of ND and the Big Muddy Bar Association. 

 

Ross was born and raised in Noonan, ND and attended North Dakota State University for his undergraduate studies in Political Science and Sociology. Ross received his juris doctor from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 1982 and has practiced in Bismarck ever since.

 

Ross is married to Celeste, and they have one daughter, Lynlee.  Ross is a sports enthusiast, both as a participant and spectator. An avid runner, Ross has completed four marathons and a number of half marathons.
